In 1976, the Clinique Vétérinaire du Village (Village Animal Clinic) founded by Dr. Serge Hamel opened its doors in Pointe-Claire. Dr. Carole Lesage joined the clinic in 1979, Dr. Louis Cardinal in 1981.
In 1987, Dr. Hamel entered a partnership with Dr. Cardinal. The clinic became Hôpital Vétérinaire du Village (Village Animal Hospital) and moved to 276a, Lakeshore Road, in the heart of the Pointe-Claire village. Since then, our family of veterinarians has grown to include Dr. Cynthia Frayne, Dr. Lysanne Laporte and Dr. Audrée Deschênes.
